Elizabeth works at the intersection of design research, experience design, and innovation as part of Salesforce’s diverse, risk-taking Ignite team. With close to 30 years of experience as a research and design practitioner, her goal is to use the best methods from all three worlds to solve complex problems. She has had the good fortune to conduct insight work for some of the leading healthcare companies and foundations in the world including Hopelab, the Gordon & Betty Moore Foundation, Blue Shield of California and Kaiser-Permanente. In addition to her role as an Innovation Director at Salesforce, Elizabeth lectures on design thinking and innovation at educational institutions including the Haas School of Business, the d.school at Stanford, and the Design MBA program at California College of the Arts. Prior to joining Salesforce, Elizabeth was an Associate Partner at gravitytank. She holds a Master of Science and Design from the Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.
