Courtney works across Hopelab’s CEO, Board, and internal teams to ensure the entire organization is working together to achieve its mission and have the greatest impact. Prior to joining Hopelab, Courtney led health projects at IDEO.org, shaped global HIV/AIDS policy at PEPFAR, and consulted for a number of global health initiatives. She holds a B.S. in International Health from Georgetown University and an MBA/MPH from Johns Hopkins University. She is happiest when on sand volleyball courts, snow-capped mountains, or wedding dance floors.
